Note: this policy covers physical products from the Amodr store only. Pandit bookings are a doorstep service and are not "shipped" — the purohit travels to your address on the confirmed date.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are checked, packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship spiritual products across India. Pandit and puja booking services are available in the following Kolkata zones, with more being added:
- New Town & Action Area, Salt Lake, Tollygunge, Ballygunge, Gariahat, South Kolkata — live today
- Howrah, Durgapur, Asansol, Siliguri, Bardhaman — opening soon

4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. Orders below this amount attract a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout before payment. Cash-on-delivery, where available, carries a small additional handling fee.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also check order status by logging into your Amodr account or writing to us with your order ID.
6. Delays
Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by festival-season courier volume, weather disruption, or incomplete address information. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us — we'll trace it with the courier and keep you updated.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If a package arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and photograph the item before contacting us within 48 hours of delivery. For packages lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and either resend the item or issue a full refund.
